We began in 2014 as the “LAX Coaches vs Cancer” games which highlighted MCLA programs, added women’s teams in subsequent seasons, makes its triumphant return as LAX VEGAS in 2024!
COLLEGES – MCLA & WCLO Teams play regular season full length games vs opponents of your choosing. Teams may play games Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
POST-COLLEGIATE CLUBS – The adult club teams play tournament style games beginning Saturday morning & ending Sunday afternoon. With plenty of time to enjoy the off-field pleasantries of Las Vegas! Divisions include: Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Men’s Masters (age 30+).

Incidentals Deposit
The Hotel requires a deposit upon check-in, the pre-authorized amount of the deposit is listed in Policies & Procedures referenced in this Agreement. Should guests wish to use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the guest’s bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn. Upon check-out, after deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during the guest’s stay at the Hotel, any balance will be credited to the guest’s bank account. Refunds to a debit account may take up to fourteen (14) days to process, depending on the guest’s bank policy.
Hotel Service Fee
A daily Hotel Service Fee of $27.99 per room per night plus the prevailing Clark County room tax outlined above (the “Hotel Service Fee”), will be charged in addition to the room rate set forth above. Hotel Service Fee inclusions are subject to change. This fee includes but is not limited to:
- In-Room Internet service for duration of the guest stay
- Fitness Center access for guests 18+, based on current hours
- Unlimited in-room local and toll-free calls
- Unlimited domestic long distance calls
- Complimentary valet and self-parking
- Buy one game of bowling up to 4 people and get one free game, shoe rental not included, one offer per person per day
Group shall be solely and fully responsible for informing the attendees prior to the making of any room reservations of these fees and that they are separate and distinct from the room rate and taxes. Group may not, in any printed materials regarding the Event or in any other manner, lump these fees into any category such as tax or room rate.
Group agrees that the guest room accommodations as set forth in this Agreement are for the sole use of Group’s attendees and/or exhibitors. Under no circumstances may any portion of the room allotment be provided to third parties for resale.
These rates are net, non-commissionable and are subject to Clark County room tax, which is currently 13% and subject to change. The room rate charged to the end-user shall not be greater than the rate provided by Hotel to Group without the expressed written consent of Hotel.
CutOff Date
The Cutoff Date for making reservations will be Friday, February 2, 2024 (“Cutoff Date”). Reservation requests received after the Cutoff Date may be accepted at Hotel’s discretion on a space available basis at the prevailing rate and must be confirmed by Hotel prior to confirming to Guest. All confirmed and paid for reservations made pursuant to this Agreement and accepted after the Cutoff Date will be applied toward the Group’s guest room block. Any guest rooms not reserved on or before the Cutoff Date will revert back to the Hotel for resale.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
It is agreed that individual reservations will be phoned directly into the Hotel’s reservation’s department. The phone number is (866) 767-7770. Each individual is required to provide a credit card and first night’s room and tax deposit at the time of reservation. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Individual reservations must be received no later than Friday, February 2, 2024. After the Cutoff Date, any new reservation, date change or any other changes to an existing room reservation will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. All surplus rooms/suites will revert back to the Hotel for general sale after the Cutoff Date.
The Hotel requires a deposit of the first night’s room/suite rate and tax per room at time of reservation. Deposits must be placed either on a credit card or debit card. Should guests wish to use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the guest’s bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon reservation.
Hotel requires all guests registered are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
