TEAM REGISTRATION

Thank you for registering your Club Team.  This includes: women’s & men’s open/college club teams.

Full rosters (name, mailing address, email address) are required of all participant teams. Players may only play for one team within each division. 

      • Team Fee, $1,750.
      • Complete the online registration form & submit payment.
      • Entry & payment deadline is Aug. 29th.
